I am an odd person. It takes an odd person to draw two historical figures snuggling and drawn in anime style. Especially when the two historical figures are male and hated each other's guts. I am sick in the head, but I totally love this drawing. It isn't amazing artwork, but it is the best thing I have colored on the computer. I Finally got a scanner, so I can use Photoshop to its full potential. W00t!

Anyway, the one on the left laughing is Alexander Hamilton (Sexiest Founding Father Ever) and on the right is Thomas Jefferson.

Alexander Hamilton on Thomas Jefferson: "I admit his politics are tinctured with fanaticism, that he is too much earnest in his democracy, that he has been a mischievous enemy to the principal measures of the past administration, that he is crafty and persevering in his objects, that he is not scrupulous about the means of success, nor very mindful of the truth, and that he is a contemptible hypocrite."
(And THAT is in a letter trying to get Jefferson ELECTED for President. O_o)

Thomas Jefferson on Alexander Hamilton: "a man whose history, from the moment at which history can stoop to notice him, has been a tissue of machinations against a country which has not only recieved him and given him bread, but has heaped its honors on his head."

Underneath all the burning hatred, you can feel the smoldering lust trying to express its self. Sort of. LOL

OMG :squee:. And when I think of historical slash, I keep thinking of what would happen if a company that makes text books were crazy or desperate enough to hire me to write history text books. The job may not last long, but it would be hella worth it. :XD:

Oh God, in history we watched a documentary about them and there were SOOO MANY FREAKING THINGS that just SCREAMED gay relationship between them XD
